iTerm is my favourite terminal program. It is a great replacement for built-in OS X Terminal.
The only issue I have with its current icon is that there are so already a lot of blue icons on the Dock. I’d rather I have a different color. Fortunately, iTerm resources page has an “old face” black iTerm icon: http://iterm.sourceforge.net/resource.shtml
I used to replace application icon by editing its .icns file but there is an easier way: Mac 101, Lesson 6: Change My Icons

AnandTech’s article Apple’s MacBook Pro: Using it as a Mac and a PC is a great, in-depth review of MacBookPro as well as Apple BootCamp and Parallels Workstation software which allows you (not that you want it, but sometimes there is little choice) to run Windows on Mac.
The article also has pictures comparing PowerBook G4 and MacBookPro side-by-side.
I especially liked how Anand starts his article: “When I first started using a PowerBook G4 over a year ago it quickly turned into the best experience I’d ever had with a notebook.”.
